In detail, the department carries out accounting, policy establishment, and settlements in accordance to corporate accounting standards, tax laws, and management policies, and must be able to promptly provide financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.

    IT

    The main role for the IT team is carrying out tasks via the Enterprise Resources Management System (ERP) system, and the tasks are divided by parts such as HR, accounting, operations, purchasing, sales, manufacturing, and QA etc. This role will support business innovation by developing and operating electronic payment systems and intranet, managing IT information, and developing and operating computer systems as required by each department.

  • Local Sales & Operations

    The main role for the Local Sales & Operations team is to manage B2B business relations with public institutions and business corporations. Establishing sales strategy, customer support and sales, and providing after sales service are part of this role.

    Sales Planning & Management

    The main role for the Sales Planning & Management team is to manage business performance and export schedule according to business plan while supporting and managing domestic dealers and customers. This role requires one to be a listening ear to customers' complaints and opinions and to be aware of market trends and competitor activities to boost sales performance while minimizing customer loss.

    Operational Design

    The main role for the Operational Design team is to provide customized data to customers through analyzing laboratory layout floor plan, 3D imaging, and drawings obtained from sales consulting.

    Communication, understanding of company's products, understanding and ability to utilize floor plan, proficiency in graphic tools like CAD, MS Office, 3D design toll (Sketchup, 3DS Max, etc)

    Marketing

    The main role for the Marketing team is to determine strategic brand direction and propose efficient marketing activities accordingly. It also plays a role in boosting brand value and support sales activities by customizing marketing strategy and promotion plans tailored to each country's needs. Other responsibilities include product development and launching by liaising with R&D, production, and sales insights.

    Design

    The main role for the Design team is to establish internal/external PR strategies, and plan and produce media and SNS promotion. It also plays a role in promoting new product launches and raising product value by designing POP materials (posters, banners, signs etc) and the overall BI & CI necessary to be used in exhibitions, promotional events and advertisements.

  • Production Planning and Management

    The main role of the Production Planning and Management team is to manage every step from product production until order delivery. This role is responsible for determining and planning for optimal production timing and volume based on product demand determined from the sales and sales forecast provided by the sales team.

Aside from that, they are also responsible to conduct education and guidance to employees and partners for prevention purposes and to ensure top product quality at all times.
